Rose FClean the exterior of the vehicle if you want the "clean" rating, but the inside was in good shape. However, I had ordered a furniture dolly to be prepared and I was not contacted before pickup to be made aware that it wasn't available. I would have made other arrangements and had a much smoother move if I had known.
