Personnel seemed poorly trained in checkout procedure and the POS app that they were forced to used seemed inflexible and temperamental. It took 75 minutes to complete the checkout for my rental and they ended up giving me the keys to a truck rather than the van. The app would not proceed without entering multiple people as emergency contacts, each with multiple phone numbers.
