Had issues at pick up and drop off at the location. Store was understaffed and I was told to wait until next employee comes in to do the pick up and also the drop off. At time of pick up, agent didn't know which truck was reserved for me and gave me 2 sets of keys and said can you go and try both to see which is the key for you because I can't go outside and leave the store unattended. When I returned with the right key, he told me I can go without coming out to record Milage and Fuel level or even sign a contract. At time of return, a different agent, told me to return it on-line or to wait until the next employee comes in because he can't leave the store un-attended. I told him that I am not waiting and this was very un-organized both at pick up and drop off and they should not be renting from here if they are not staffed and capable of providing good service. The agent then told me "you don't have to rent from here", so I left the keys at the counter and left the store.

The location operator was not sincere.
David AFirst truck assign was with battery dead , it make me lose too much time , doing the process two time (with a new truck). The second truck was ok, but it was small and the price was more expensive than the first one.
CARLOS CI’m not sure who this falls to, but the truck we rented had an engine light on which was news to the person at the desk. It needed up being fine, but it was stressful to be driving a car with an engine light on knowing there was no backup car, even though we did inform U-Haul. Luckily we were staying local and off the highways but if I had been needing a long drive or high speeds I would have wanted to rebook which would have been quite the inconvenience, but less concerning than driving an undiagnosed engine problem.
CLAIRE DAt pick up location the guy who was handling was so rude and not trained properly. Was blaming the U-Haul app for his inability to operate the app. Truck was freeze in ice as well as front shield so I had to clean the truck before picking it up. He refused to to clean it. I had no choice that’s why I picked up or else I could have cancelled it. I was hoping to get some refund for this bizarre experience.
