Truck not cleaned from prior user. Staff could not locate the reservation. Waited for 1 hour. This location is simply poor.

Didn't fix License plate light that was out. As a truck driver I know you can get a ticket for a light that's out. I had to replace it myself. (They did replace the cost of it).
MARY EEverything went well except that when I arrived at my reserved time the key was not in the lock box. I had to wait for the owner to arrive at the store so he could locate the key. I was there at 9 am, the owner showed up at 9:30, I got the key (which was located in the drop box) at appx, 9:40 am. The owner of the store was apologetic though. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.
Natasha LStop charging people so much I paid 479 for the 2 weeks then got charged another 374.59 when I dropped it off I also had to put has in the truck everday it was a gas hog put more Van's and f150 at locations
