Not everyone wants to download an app and go contactless. It took me forever to figure out how to open the box and get the key. If you're going to switch the pickup location, switch to a place that's OPEN on the chosen day of pick up
Angela CThe only thing I would suggest is having a slightly clearer return process/ having more signage at the secondary drop off lot , including having it listed with the original location, for an easier return process
