I was charged nearly 300 dollars. I tried to tell the lady I was going to put the tank back at half full but she told me no I didn’t have to worry about it. All I did was move a large couch. Is there anyway I could get some of my money back because I was quoted a lot less.
Michael AThe employee I checked in with was as helpful as possible but clearly inexperienced with U-Haul rentals, she had to dictate the entire check-in process over the phone with her boss to figure out what needed done. It took a while but was successful.

Steve BIt’s a very small gas station/convenience store and not user friendly for returning tow-behind trailers. Fine for trucks but not trailers. I was told if I couldn’t back it into a parking spot between a dumpster and a truck (on a sideways sloped gas station driveway with gas pumps) then he wouldn’t “accept” the return. It took 30 min to get it parked. Thankfully a tow truck driver helped me but the store owner was useless.
