I'm totally shocked that uhaul charged me 100 bucks for a clean up fee,if it was dirty ,it was dirty when I rented it because I never even hit rain in the 3 days I had it.Monica in Brunswick has my complaint but no one has offered to make this right yet.This is B.S And totally wrong.
Mark SThe person who runs the business wasn't there even though I made my reservation online. He left a note on the door. I called and he was over an hour away so I had to sit and wait.
Charles NUHaul moved me to this location from another closer one. Owner’s primary business is selling sheds. Contacted me that he wouldn’t be there that day and I should pickup using app. Had difficulty doing that and called the owner to do that. He was having battery issues on his phone but finally got it resolved. The protective blankets I paid for were not available. Also the truck smelled of cigarette smoke.l prefer having someone on site when I check in.
