The person at the location had no knowledge of U-Haul. And stated that he didn’t work for U-Haul. I was okay with that, but I didn’t care for his nonchalant attitude. Encourage employees (even if they don’t work for U-Haul, the sign is displayed at their site) to be polite and maybe practice what to say when a U-Haul customer comes in and try to display a professional attitude.
