I went to pick up the rental and had a bad experience. I booked blankets and none were available. Some of my furniture got damaged and scratched up. The truck was stuck in the ice and had no help from to get it out. I spend about 30 minutes trying and no luck. Just happened to ask a stranger with to help me and it worked.

I was overcharged. I asked clearly that I will be taking one way and was misinformed that I will be reimburse for the extra amount
NIKHIL RThe location was not identified as a U-Haul Location. Personal working there did not inspect the drop off. I had to back it in and park it for them. The pick up location had moved the truck for my for easy pick up.
VICTOR RI booked the truck pickup for before the location was to open. Using the app to try to get the key for the truck, the app only gave me the choice to scan a barcode at the location. There was absolutely NO barcode located anywhere for me to scan. When I had customer service call me, I kept getting hung up on. The app also insisted that I give it location permission which it fully had! Hardly more could have gone wrong but I blame Uhaul, not the location
