This experience was absolutely terrible. I waited an hour and a half to get the truck and was forced to stand in a small room and speak to someone on a cell phone. All of this After being promised online pickup. And I was also forced to pay on the spot when my order specifically said 0.00 due today. Then I get charged double what I should have for not returning the truck on time even though I was scheduled to have it from 3 to 7 but didn't leave the store until 430 and returned it at 7:15.
