There were no furniture dolleys even thought I ordered them and was charged for them. The truck was on completely empty, I had to get gas at the location I picked the truck up, as it warned me the truck had less than 1 mile of range remaining. I will be pursuing a refund for the dolleys I was not provided even though I desperately needed for my move. And was not informed they weren't available until I arrived to pick up the truck.
