Turned the trailer in after hours so there was no one there to help with the turn in. I did call U-Haul 800 number and they were very helpful with the process to check it in myself.

MITCHELL OMy comments have nothing to do with the location of where I picked up or dropped off. It is due to my experience of renting through U-Haul. I made my reservation a few weeks ahead of needing the vehicle. I received a call two days before telling there was no vehicles available in my area. The closest van was a 3 hour round trip. At this point I have no choice but to take the van. I am unable to secure a van at any other place. This business practice is unethical. For not only my, but others who had to meet me so I could my vehicle back I was given a $50 credit. I will never use Uhual again. I am also doing my best to spread the word to anyone I know about this experience.
