The entire process was terrible from the start to finish. Nobody was on site when we arrived, and nobody was on site when we returned the truck. We ended up having to check in online which was not a smooth process either.

Could not pick up dolly and furniture pads because nobody showed up at 10a to open store.
TIMOTHY MThis was incredibly convenient and affordable - we were literally moving 4 miles from old house to new, and I wish I’d thought to do this sooner (instead of shuffling one car load at a time)! Will absolutely recommend. The ONLY issue was that I couldn’t get the drivers side seat to lower back down.
