The Manager did not know what he was doing. I had to fill out his computer with my information. He was very unorganized and confused.

JOHN FI saw no one, If I had known there would be no one there i would have brought my husband. i was alone and had to lift off trailer, it said to down load app to check in I did It didnt work so i had to call, the woman kept apologizing, she had yo send me an email do i could take pictures and upload them. I had to find someone living nearby to help me lift trailer off hitch. So first The area is a bit (sketchy) No help (should tell people) Some people have no tech skills and could gave a big problem with that You just need to be upfront about it all No matter where it is

BRANDI LCustomer service in the Springfeild IL office was pretty shitty. The local dealer was apologetic for being late. Overall, I will purchase my own trailer, just so I don’t have to deal with the hassle. And the cleaning fee was unjustified, I swept it out and the local dealer never looked inside of it.
