I felt I was incorrectly charged for a 12-mile to and fro distance. Either the operator was unaware of how the business is run or was intentionally and ripping me off. There were other smaller vans on site at the time of this rental, but I was forced to take a larger van. Not satisfied at all and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Rajen MWhen completing the return of the truck, we were instructed to take a picture of the truck so the next user could easily locate it. The key drop box was not easy to locate. We were searching for an orange box per the instructions. Each location should have a description or picture of the lockbox for the customers.
