First of all, they did not have the size truck we needed at the original location. We had to drive an hour to pick up the truck. All they gave us was 300 extra miles which we didn’t even need. We had gift certificates to pay upon picking up they told us to do it when we return the truck therefore they charged our credit card and we had to take almost 2 days to return the truck to be able to get a refund to pay with the certificate. Definitely do not recommend U-Haul.
