This is in a small town hardware/lumber store and the woman I think her name was. Katie was incredibly helpful on the phone prior to arrival and then after arrival and could not have been more helpful courteous. She is a 10 out of 10. This made the experience wonderful. In addition, the equipment was excellent.
John WThe rental was dirty before we even got in there and drove off. I tried to take more than one picture, but it said I couldn’t take any more pictures and then we had an additional charge at the end of it and yet we still have to pay a $25 cleaning fee, but it wasn’t clean before we were even in it.
