There was no gas in the vehicle upon pick up and I had to put gas in it 3x just from Jackson, Tn to Hartsville,Tn. That’s ridiculous I need my money back and that truck should have been Cho’s d serviced

The Location‘s hours of operations were in effective because no one was ever there during today’s visit to the location. Had to drop off the trailer at the front of the location, hoping no one would take it.

GARY MMy drop off location was changed by uhaul cs and I was charged 200$ for it. I want my money back I'm very angry
Sabree CI was in Gallatin TN looking for a one-way trailer 6x12 rental; the Nashville metro area had no equipment meeting my need. Sloan's was an excellent location - I suggest that you add a search radius feature that would expand beyond the current limit if my choice is not available. I did find this location by changing the "renting from" location to Hartsville. U-Haul, upgrade your software.
