There was no drop box, I had to leave the truck at this location and then go 5 min down the road to drop the key off. It was ridiculous.

The drop off was very local and convenient as hell. It worked. It was very local.
GREGG DAllow customers to receive a car that actually has a tank of gas and what’s on the paperwork matches the gas gauge… don’t give customers a truck that doesn’t have a charged battery… I was forced to call a service company to jump the truck and make sure the back isn’t frozen shut… all around an awful experience and ended up paying extreme amounts for gas I didn’t use and a truck that didn’t work I would never recommend to a friend and I will never use u-haul again.
