The Uhaul app and web page are horrible. Mobile pickup took over 35 minutes. And even though the app said this location was open on Saturday morning; they were not and I was left with online and chat assistance which was not 100% accurate with there suggestions. The truck was parked on the edge of raised ground and right next to another truck. Getting pictures for mobile pickup were impossible. The truck pulled to the right the entire trip.

David JThe location and vehicle it self were perfect, the user friendly aspect was not. I tried to pick up my uhaul at the scheduled time and it said I needed to call the help desk. I did that and the lady was amazing and did everything she could however it took close to an hour. I’m sure these things happen but it made me late on my delivery.
Pierson HThe uhaul app required to pick up the truck wouldn’t process correctly. I had to call the 800 number bc of the issues with the app. I would Never use the app again for pick up or drop off. Horrible customer service experience !!!!! I had no documentation of mileage or issues with truck at pick up once pictures uploaded I couldn’t find them or any documentation of mileage and fuel level.
