They changed our pick up location at the last minute we had to go an extra 45 minute drive, when we passed our original location for pick up which was much closer we saw that they had what we needed in their parking lot. We had reserved over a week ahead. The place we picked up at was hard to find, and they never answered their phone or called us back when we left messages. Then the person at the pick up place (which wasn't a Uhaul business and we only found because the trailer was parked out by the main highway next to a closed restaurant with a small sign ) stated they were going out of the Uhaul business and that was their last piece of equipment. I believe our reservation was changed making us go out of our way up hills into a crowded small town which we were delayed by a train crossing 3 times, just to pick up this last piece of equipment from this dealer. They gave us $50 off for our trouble but was not worth it in the long run! Equipment was fine everything else not so much! Plus got No receipt asked for one they said it would be emailed but never received!
