The online check in did not work it would not scan my ID. After 20 mins of attempting the person working on site finished the check in. Very frustrating
HILARIE MIt was really good the only thing is a cashless office so we couldn’t get our refund back and just waiting for a check in the mail. Other than that he was super helpful and nice.
KENDALL AThe truck needed an oil change (the dash said that the oil had 0% life left) for 2 hours i was charged 135 dollars. Radio kept changing source with every bump in the road, it sounded like there was something metallic bouncing while driving (not the door) it looked like someone had used it for lawn debris before I got it. I had to sweep out a lot of grass, dirt and other debris.
