One of the break lights were out. The wiring was lose.
Jessica SThis location was great; however, I originally reserved my trailer in MOREHEAD City at Tony’s smoke shop 2. The original location was not open when I arrived and didn’t answer their phone. After 15 minutes I had U-Haul switch the pickup location.
ARTHUR SThere was no one there to check me in. Navigating the app is not my preferred way to drop off so I called customer service and the woman was clearly not happy with me and the fact that I couldn’t use the QR code return. She took care of the return over the phone and when I asked her for her name, she hung up. I guess this is what we can all now expect.
