The customer service from the 800 number and the lady in the office at the location was excellent. I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon. The equipment was in great condition and the gentleman in the yard was excellent as well!

When a customer reserves a rental truck a month in advance, don't call them 2 days before their stressful moving day to tell them you don't have the truck they reserved. I gave the favorable rating I did based on the young lady that ended up helping me to get that truck that I reserved a month in advance.
David GI went after hours so it was just a key drop off. The building window was full of termites. There were no people there.
