U-Haul was dirty both front and back side. Did not receive a code for the lock box until I had called and during that called there was no mention of being refunded for the dolly that was not in the U-haul. The U-Haul also had no gas due to it being siphoned

Furniture dolly, utility dolly, and Furniture pads were not included as ordered. Less than half a tank of gas. Once the key was received no instructions on where the truck was parked, had to walk around the block to find it.
