DEBORAH LThe front reception service staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visits, the two ladies there during the week and weekend ensured all my questions and rental needs were answered or addressed. The only issue I had was where the rental truck is parked, the app requires pictures are taken; this is difficult and unsafe because there is landscaping with large rocks and cactus plants directly in that area behind the area.
TIMOTHY DMy only complaint is what is considered a full tank. I received the vehicle with a “full” tank of gas, with the needle on the bottom of the full mark. I drove the truck 30 miles and topped it off and it 8.5 gallons. Not U-Haul or Epic Storage fault. It’s a problem with the world we live in. Probably some liberal moving here from California.
