This was not the location that I made my reservation 1 month prior. In fact it was 3 times the distance for me. Owner was nice, just wasn’t a very efficient process for pick up.

James MJames was a huge help. Luckily I called ahead and he informed me there was no furniture dolly available at his location. That enabled me to call corporate whom I thought could fix the problem. They did not… stating that it was on me to make another stop and rent a dolly as a walk-in. None of the other rental facilities I called would do that for me, so I was left to find one at the local hardware store. Not really very good customer service by U-Haul. But excellent service from James at Marty’s rental.
