I made the reservation at this location because of the proximity to my work. I was able to come on my lunch break. When I entered the building The young man that actually helped me spoke well enough to understand. There was a gentleman who was kind to open doors and get a chair for me but did not speak ANY English. However there was also a person that didn't appear to be a patron, that was just lounging and scrolling on his phone. I chatted some concerns last week over the use of a what seemed to be a personal cell phone to scan my drivers license. Nothing was said to me that indicated the person would delete the pic etc. I also was not pleased what seemed to be a personal lap top as the means to conclude the reservation. the u haul i had had no heat control...there was a screw in place of any dial. But I was without a Phillips head screwdriver so we roasted in the cab. i was able to get what I needed done with the vehicle provided however the whole operation from start to finish was a bit ...sketchy at best. I would like someone to contact me regarding some or all of my money being refunded

TINA MI had several complaints in on this rental and was told someone would be in touch prior to billing, and no one has called me. I reported the truck was driving funny 2 hours into the drive. That it wouldn't go over 50mph and I went through $330 in gas. A ¼ tank should get more than 32 miles. That's ridiculous. Also, we picked it up and it smelled like cigarette smoke which I am allergic to. I was told that someone would contact me about billing adjustments and no one has. Plus the mileage was off by 186 miles. I will not be held accountable for this. We couldn't even speak with the people at this location bv they dot speak English. He had to call someone when we got there who just woke up and couldn't speak English either. Someone needs to contact me via email ASAP
