I dropped the trailer off on 6/13 but was charged for late return on6/28. I have photos when I dropped the trailer off. The guy in the store told me to park the trailer in the grass and he would check it in. I did as he asked and double checked with him and said it was OK. I wantto know how to get my late fee back since I did not return it late. I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this site!!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI've been to this location twice now and both times there's been an issue. The first time I left without the rental due to the inability for the clerk to get a good enough wi-fi signal to complete the transaction. The second time the clerk couldn't get my credit card to go through, but it worked just fine at his ATM. Unfortunately, I had to pay a fee for using the ATM and the rental itself cost more because I had to use cash. Coincidence or not? You decide. I will NEVER return to this location.
