Trailer was super dirty inside, like it was used to haul dirt. When the location checked me in the initial charge was higher than my reservation and they added insurance without asking. I had to call on my way home to customer service and was able to get it adjusted. The location was unable to do that. Call center was great.

Very professional and kind staff!
WENDY DCar was brand new. I was so happy with the car but only thing make me disappoint. I got the car. I didn’t take a picture from the gas level but was only 50 miles left on the gas tank after I take the car back to the U-Haul, I saw she was putting quarter tank on it and that make me to take the car drive back to the gas station pay another $30 for no reason.
