The shelf on the back of the truck was extremely dirty. The lock that close the door would get stuck when you raise the door and took a lot of effort to get it to come loose. The pullout walk board constantly got stuck which led to several minor injuries trying to put it back in. Overall, one of the worst experiences with the truck. The location was fine although they were new to this and had to figure some things out, but were very kind and helpful.
