The person working the counter was not there when I arrived and there was another lady there as well who stated she had just spoken to him. He returned to open the door and impersonal. In addition, when I returned to drop off the truck 3 hours later he approached the door, locked it and proceeded to walk to the back so I had to wait for his return again.

Anne PSide view mirrors are very difficult to adjust. We were unable to adjust for better visibility on passenger side of vehicle based on individual seating position. Was not sure if the side mirrors are locked into a set position and were not intended for adjustment. Other than that, the location I chose and continue to choose is outstanding customer service. Thank you.
