No one on duty capable of processing U-Hauls. Had to call someone at home and do it remotely. I was SUPPOSED to rent from the Peoria Allen Rd location, but they changed it to Henry with 24 hours remaining. That's 45 minutes north adding an hour an a half to an already busy day. Bad U-Haul! Bad!
Douglas KWe returned the U Haul a day early and with more gas than what was given to us. Do we get a refund of any kind?
TANYA LThis is the third time dropping off at this location in the past couple of months. This last time the cashier had no idea how to check in the truck. I used the drop box and that worked out, but it was shocking to me there wasn't someone working that could help me if needed.
