Not sure why. I was assessed an after hour fee, $20 in that the truck was returned well before it's return time but nobody was in the office to receive the keys

Couldn't get in gate to pickup my uhaul ... I was in que quite awhile with uhaul trying to get in ... finally lady came to the gateand gave me code code to open gate cause she couldn't open from inside she said ... said they were to have it fixed long time ago but still wasn't... she checked me in cause she said she didn't get my reservation ... she added insurance to my order which in my reservation I said no thanks I'll pay if I wreck it directly to them... had ordered a dolly which we really could've used and 6 pads she said she was out of and took them off my order ... if she hadn't gotten my order how did she know? Of like a credit for the insurance since I didn't order it please and Ianything else I was charged for that I didn't order or wasn't already taken off please
Connie G.Have the equipment available that the customer reserves. Otherwise, don't allow it to be reserved from the location. I'm tired of not having dolleys available every time I reserve one with my truck rental. Very poor business.
Jeffrey L.Inspected deck of truck no issues I'm short so I could not see back of over cab area. There was animal dropping as I used a broom to sweep prior to putting stuff up there's had the clean the poop and throw away a broom. Great service poor quality inspection prior to placing in service
marty W.The employee that I picked the key up from was rude and did not understand that all I had to do was pick up the key and I had done everything else online. Even though I went in the office and they told me I had to go online for the reservation. I was treated rudely and the person did not know how the online reservations work. Overall bad experience, but I contacted uhaul and they told me I was not able to change my reservation to another location.
