Have the location call the customer to confirm the pickup. We were not given the dollies we rented in the truck which was an added challenge.

Used the self click up option. I was never sent a code for the lock. Had to have the employees help open the lock since it was so rusted you couldn't turn the numbers. Missing dollies in the truck at pick up

CRAIG MWas a car wash drop off location, extremely confusing no drop off counter. Hard to discern who was an UHaul agent from customers. Was told I would receive my close out paperwork in a half hour via email. It took over 24 hours in reality to receive it. In addition, it took multiple calls into the U Haul 800 customer service telephone number to facilitate getting the location to close the contract the following day.
