Truck was mostly clean but there was dirt tracked on the floor boards that had not been wiped out. I'm a firm believer in cleaning and filling the tank before returning to show the next person the respect you were given.

The 24/7 express check-in process to pick up the vehicle was a nightmare. I was at the location to pick up the vehicle. During the online 24/7 express check-in process, the online system kept give me a different pick up location that was 15 minutes away. I called customer service and the wait time was about 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to select the different pick up location and received the code for the lock box from the original location. The 24/7 express check-in is a great idea, but the on-line software system has a lot of bugs.

I paid cash and they charged me on my credit card as well. Now they refuse to refund the cash. I went to speak to the cashier and he refused to help me out and was yelling all the time. He was willing to escalate the situation into an altercation.

Location was close to my home and people we very nice. It was a little hard to find due to it being in the middle of a strip of stores and the address is hard to see on the building. Maybe more signs for them so customers can easily locate them.

Hours on Uhaul website and business website we're incorrect. Uhaul customer service was excellent when this happened and resolved the issue in a fast easy manner so my schedule was not impacted.

Difficult to find this location with the business mix operating at the same address, such as a grocery store. U-Haul sign was very small and impossible to see from the road. I actually called U-Haul to get help finding it, and only discovered sign when I got to the door. Also, it's located in a grocery store that has much Arabic writing on signs that I don't understand, with tv monitor playing video stream of prayers from Saudi Arabia in the public area.

I did not take the truck because the dealer at this location added safe move without my consent and refused to take it off. I was given a Uhaul number which I called to complain and I was told that they cancelled the reservation and that I will get a full refund. I want a full refund and I want this dealer investigated and their licensed revoked. I wouldn't recommend this dealer location to anybody. The Uhaul representative I spoke with was Paul Perkins.

My family and I recently moved and were in need of a moving truck. I reached out to this rental place as it was close by; I have nothing bad to say about the place. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They even went above and beyond and offered me extra blankets. The truck itself was great in condition. The price point is hard to beat. I highly recommend this place for convenience, excellent customer service, and for a quick and easy move. Two thumbs up!

I had asked to rent one of the small trucks and the gentleman rented me the larger truck he had. I didn't have the time to fix the issue but I was not happy paying the extra cost for something I didn't need.

We were moved to this location the day before & I was given the locations number via email to call for any changes. I called trying to figure out why we were moved etc and he was not very helpful. Then we get there and they try to give us a bigger truck (for the same price) as the one we ordered is in the lot but not in the system. We didn’t want to maneuver a bigger truck and so he called corporate and had to get it in the system. Most of the issues here were due to corporate and were very frustrating especially the location change as we were told the truck was dropped off the night before, so why it could not be dropped off to our original location is beyond me.
