You need to have a minimum of two experienced people working. It took 40 minutes to pick up my truck due to there being only one experienced person to work the front.



Hiring more employees on the weekend. There was only one person and the other was in training and couldn’t do the computers. Wait took a long time and I was given the wrong truck keys by mistake. I have pictures of the truck and the damages that were already on there including the wrong gas gage on my receipt.

We originally made a confirmed reservation for a 20' truck at another location. When we arrived there it was closed, 2 hours early, locked up, no note or other options. We called UHaul and were told there was a 20' available at the Cornell location; reserved it and got a confirmed number. When we arrived the agent on duty apologized profusely but there wasn't a truck there. By then we'd been trying to find alternatives for almost two hours, and he bent over backwards to get us a 15' truck, gave us a lower rate and some extra furniture pads, went out of his way to not only make sure we got what we needed, but to be really nice about it. We still could have used the bigger truck, but he made it a better experience than it could have been. Improvements: the telephone/call center reservation system needs to be updated or streamlined somehow. The reservationist was positive the truck was there, confirmed it several times - and was incorrect, which could have left us without a truck at closing time. If we'd known the truck wasn't available we might have been able to make other arrangements.

Would not recommend ever. I spent more time trying to return this van than using it. It took over an hour. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. One lady literally told me that it wasn’t her fault the app didn’t work because it was made for the customer. What?? Then, I called back, to be put on hold for another 15 minutes, that she didn’t put any details in my file. Not to mention the dolly I rented was not in the van and I had to go back to get it. I should be getting a full refund as far as I’m concerned. It’s not the customers fault that your website/app is not working. Train CS appropriately. Never coming back here again.

The on line truck share is a total failure in my opinion. The set up was fine and looked you too believe all would be good but no equipment was reserved for me. Luckily I had some time flexibility and the staff showed up early as this seems to be a regular occurrence. The woman who was the was super helpful and courteous and got me on the road in minutes otherwise I would've been the another hour.

The people working are friendly and doing the best they can- seemed a little under staffed and unlucky for me, the truck that I was supposed to pick up, never got returned.. I was advised I’d get a call if that happened but I didn’t.. because that whole under staffed issued... so I paid $10 for a lyft to have to turn around and pay $10 to go home only to go back later in the afternoon when a truck big enough finally arrived... so that’s super inconvenient and ended up costing me 3x the amount I expected.. also, whoever had the truck before me left cigarette butts in the cup holder and the truck in general was a POS. The cargo space stank of wet straw or grass. The inside was smelly cigarettes and had a broken roll down window etc. Prob one of the worst trucks I’ve ever driven but hey, it did the job. Also I had ordered moving supplies to pick up in store and we managed to forget them after everything that happened with the truck.. so I’ll have to see how asking for a refund goes tomorrow with that.. ??

My experience was great. The clerks were very helpful. They even let me use the truck two full hours before my reservation upon my request. The truck was brand new and performed perfectly. My only suggestion would be to have more people working At the store. I rent trucks from this very uhaul location very frequently. However I typically find a long line of customers waiting. While I appreciate the ease and simplcity of the online options, there are many instances when it is required to ask for help. In short you should put more people in the store especially on a Saturday I will be back and I will recommend this store to my friends. Thank you

When I came to pick up my truck, the woman directed me to go outside to the left...I did & there was NO truck (engine running, right outside the door) available for me. I tried a couple in the parking lot, but to no avail, the key didn't work. I went back inside & a man ran out to find it, start it & bring it by the front door. I wasted 10 minutes of my time trying to find my truck! That's ridiciulous!!!
