I got charged 44 dollars for being 30 minutes late. I was there on time but there was no one there to check in the truck so I had to use the app and it was not linking up for 20-30 minutes . I had a similar problem at pick up in NJ. It took me 1.5 hours to pick up the truck

1. I had ordered a dolly along with the truck, but the location did not have it and the customer care did not tell me about it when the order was processed. 2. Returning the truck via the app was a PITA especially when returning at night and there are no lights close by when taking photos.
