Barry SI was late to my pickup because the computer system was down. I had to make other arrangements using my own vehicle the following day to make up what I was unable to do if I was able to pick up the van on time as I had reserved at 8 am; I left the office closer to 9 am with the computer system still not working to confirm my reservation etc. There’s got to be a faster way to resolve computer issues. Also, there was a table that I found in the van when I opened it up at the pickup site just prior to loading the moving items. Luckily there was enough room for all we needed. I called the office to let them know and also if the last client didn’t want the table. I would happily take it as a donation for my church. The office worker was able to co tact the last rental party and made arrangements for them to pick it up the next day.
