Please have better training for the people checking out the units. They were very confused and messed up the order. It all worked out fine in the end and I was not upset. Your program seems a bit out dated and clunky.

RICHARD FThis is in a residential area, and where the trucks are parked, their is a low roof that could easily be hit by inexperienced drivers without a spotter. The location itself is a convenience store, and the drop-box for a "App" contactless experience did not happen. I still needed to wait for the clerk to go through additional steps, which I expected to avoid by using the app to check in. Not sure what would have happened if I returned after hours.
Timothy YThis was a poor experience I made multiple call and was transferred many times and things that I clearly stated were fucked up by uhaul. I am sure I will tell people of how poorly this was handled.
