My reservation for this location was done via mobile device. The U-Haul My Share app was very slow and did not work properly, it would now accept pictures that the app requested. If it had not been for an office worker showing up (even though they were closed on Saturday) I would not have been able to rent my truck. She was a lifesaver! Even inside the office worker had trouble with the slow U-Haul system.
