Terrible service and I will never rent from you again

Dale WThe U-Haul App is still quite rough, IMO, not yet ready for entirely-self-service. It was a pain in the butt. That said, the truck was awesome! Much better than U-Haul experiences of years ago! Would be happy to help you improve the app. I d such work professionally. Cheers!
