The person who took care of me was knowledgeable and helpful. For the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks the u-haul computer system and phone App were down or not working. Not the fault of the sales person, but it took 45 minutes to do a simple rental and her support for the computer issues were not helpful. My suggestion is train your rental people better and get your IT people fixing and updating the system.
