I was charged an additional 107 miles when I drove less than the miles included in my rental. This is not acceptable.

Equipment was horrible straps damaged but didn’t notice till vehicle was loaded on trailer with a winch as vehicle inoperable and could not get winch back in time to leave so had to go buy huge vehicle straps on a Saturday night to secure the wheel on one side
