Muss kittys is great. And great owner. What i have the problem with is uhaul office i dealt with!! They kept me on the phone forever, when i had a million other things to do! Just to get a damn receipt mailed to me!! Rediclous. They shouldnt of had any problem with that after i gave them my business! But instead this girl i talk on the phone with Angela, gives me this long drawn out bs on phone that she would have to email Joshua Stufflebean about all this just to get a dang receipt mailed!! Cuz your company prints these receipts so microscopic i couldnt even read it with my glasses on!!

They do not open until 10 am and then do not answer the phone. I left a message and when they called later in the day, basically told me everything I did wrong. I have rented 7 Uhauls this year, never, never have I been charged for anything after the fact. The gas station was closed the evening of the drop off and I called first thing in the morning, to correct the situation and no one answered the phone. Not many people rent that many uhauls. Only reason I felt I could give bad rating. It was my one and only bad U-Haul experience and I have rented many over the years.
