JAMES RThe facility is non-descript and run down looking. The staff member was 15 min late, but he was friendly. He did however leave promptly after he showed me the truck and I had to ask his wife some questions about the vehicle

Christian HPick up process was confusing. Attendant at the pick up location didn’t know I had a reservation. Had to call someone to complete the process over the phone.
