Customer service is horrible. I had to stand in a snow drift and scrape off inches of ice and snow before I could even drive the truck. The truck was metal on e. The place I reserved the truck did not inform me the system was down and a truck would not be made available. So I had to go to a further a way location where I got to stand in the snow drift. I couldn’t return the truck on Sunday as I signed up for because the new location isn’t Open. So then I had to cancel two patients and lost pay. I’m both locations workers had no interest in being helpful or cordial.
