It's extremely inconvenient how they don't have overnight drop off for U-Haul. They literally shut their Gates at 6:00 and don't open until 8:30 in the morning it should be known at all locations.

JOSHUA SGot charged for furniture pads that I did not need. Got a appliance dolly that severed no purpose as no ramp on a 10 foot truck. Why wouldn't someone let you know before you rent the truck that there is no ramp. So was charged $20.00 for things that of were no use. The dolly i requested the furniture pads not requested.
