I was charged a fuel charge. I put gas back to where I found it in the truck. I woke up day after and you guys charged me another $58.00. It took over an hour to navigate the website and get the truck in the first place, and the lady who helped me was kinda rude. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Would NOT recomend U-haul or this pick up site to my worst enemy.
