The owner was amazing and had great customer service!


Wasn't able to Mobile check in the Uhaul properly and was charged a full extra day even though I only had the Uhaul for a few hours. It was a significant amount of money charged to my account, and it is very frustrating. In the few times I've been to this location, Most employees were pleasant to work with, but one was rude. Unfortunately I did not get a name.

I order from a location near my house and it was confirmed. I received a call two days prior that you didn't not have it. I have to drive further away from my house to retrieve van. Other customers in the office had the same problem.

Truck was filthy, cab was dirty. I know it wasn't cleaned as they last guy left change and a pack of cigarettes in it. Bugs so thick on windows had trouble seeing out of it. The topper is there is a $25.00 cleaning charge on my bill, you can't be serious. I'm a long time customer of U -Haul and I sincerely hope that charge gets removed. No safety check before I left so not sure if lights worked. I have $94.00 in purchases on the bill but with no breakdown of charges have no idea what that's for. I really hope someone reviews as I would hate to think this is the way your company is operated now.


The equipment person dropped a furniture card on my toes and it really was painful. He was more worried about me folding the blankets then my safety. No one asked me to fill out an accident report. I will never come to this place again.

It was a very convoluted check in process. The experience of making a reservation, having it canceled, then requesting to be notified when a truck became available... It was all a mess. The staffer was not apologetic or compassionate about the stress it was causing.

Damage on roof of van that was mentioned on return was not our doing. Virtual walk around photos when picking up van did not show roof. Also, even though I did look at the walk around photos, they said their system shows the link was not opened. Also overheard this van was stolen at some point. Definitely a lot of issues with this rental. We will not be paying for damage we did not cause.

Picking up a truck at this location was a nightmare, employees were rude and unprofessional. The employee refused to mark any of the damage on the walk through when I picked up the truck, insisting that I could just take photos for my own records only and repeatedly stating that the truck was in perfect condition (it wasn't). Finally he threw the paper down and told me to find someone else to help, luckily a second employee filled out the form and agreee there were dents and damages which should be marked down.

Only the front desk guy was nice. Everyone else is just rude and no manners. They are nice when you pick it up. But be nice all the way through even when we are returning our equipment. Trying to charge you more than what you need to really pay. Come on I know times is hard right now but you don't have to be mean about it. Be nice! We only live once.
