I made my reservation specifically around this location letting me park my car there while I rented the vehicle for a couple hours. I even called to confirm this but when I got there the lady had a “oh well” attitude about me not having a spot to park in. When we finally were rushed off the lot with our rental and looked for nearby parking, we got to our moving location only to notice the back lock to the hatch was never removed makin it impossible to load our items. To make matters worse, we couldn’t even get through to our location, we were being forwarded to the call center which ended up not being able to help us and had to take my number so our rental location could call us back. I wasted so much time because of the lack of detail and attention to my reservation at this location. I ended up returning for a full refund.

Check in was fine ( I did online so it was in the system) however, when I went out to get the truck there was no one to assist and I waited for a long time. When finally someone Assisted he was somewhat rude.

This is probably the best uhaul location. If the lot had more room it would be great. It does get busy. The employees do a great job of moving you in And out quickly.

Manager and small staff are nice but always seem to be short handed and over worked which results in long wait times to check in and check out. Very busy store. They just need more employees !

I found the link to the fuel estimator didn’t work for me, either due to a link issue and or connectivity. You’ve put stickers on the instrument panel and by the fuel filler with a fuel gage but it doesn’t provide any real help. So you already know the approximate MPG of the equipment so my suggestion is to change the cling label on the dash to say if your fuel mileage is between 10-14 MPG add 5 gallons for every 1/4 of a tank. If your fuel mileage was 6-10 MPG then add 10 gal.

I responded that I would recommend this location to a friend ONLY because it is the closest. Not because of particularly good service. My biggest complaint is the difficulty in contacting the location. The telephone seems perpetually to be in "helping other customers" mode. In frustration, I tried to cancel the reservation on line but could find no way to do this. Your staff could also benefit from training in interacting with the public. The overall attitude is borderline confrontational.

You billed me 2x for the same rental. That is not acceptable. Now I have to spend extra time to get the double billing taken care of. I'm not happy about that! The online return system is not very easy if you've never done it before. If the reps hadn't helped me with it I would not have been able to return the vehicle successfully

I had made a reservation the day before, on my way to pick it up I was called by U Haul and rerouted to a different UHaul location about a 45 minute drive away. About 2 hours later the left turn signal/brake light quit working. I called roadside assistance and was told it would be quicker to send me to another Uhaul site to fix the light. After I got to the other Uhaul site I waited in line for about 40 minutes. They eventually had to replace the light.

I went in to reserve a truck. I was quoted a price and the reservation was confirmed. I was told I would receive an email confirmation. The email did not confirm the price. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck I was told the price was DOUBLE what I was quoted. After a bit of discussion, they did honor the original price, but buyer beware - there is a reason that they do not give you price confirmation! I'll be a lot of people don't even notice that they raise prices when you pay.
