Agent would only help one person at a time. He was sitting there waiting for people to get logged into the uhaul site using their smartphone when he could have helped others at a separate terminal.

Inform customers that online check-in before arriving for rental pickup is mandatory. It was, unfortunately, very frustrating to stand in the store for thirty minutes and fill out information on my phone while the attendant sat and watched in silence. I know early check-in was offered as means to save time but I don't think it was made clear enough the amount of time you're potentially saving.

I was encouraged to use the self-service app but my phone wasn't able to see my location and I lost time trying to get the technology to work. I would prefer to check out my truck the way I always have - with a Uhaul representative.

This location blocks the driveways so that customers cannot return after hours. I waited over 2 hours to return equipment before the driveways were cleared and I could drop off the trailer.

Arrived to find my reserved pickup truck buried behind three other pickup trucks; had to walk back inside and wait in line for an available representative to then walk all the way back out to the truck to confirm this with me, then walk back inside to switch to another truck. Then, the keys to my new vehicle were not in the lock box that the online check-in program listed so, once again I'm back inside waiting for a representative to assist me in getting the correct keys. I work in customer service and understand it can be tough for management to get their team to stick to standards and practices, but this negligence really makes a poor customer experience out of what should be a streamlined process.

The manager was extremely rude, it was my first time renting and I wanted to be clear about the contract I was signing and my responsibilities. The manager was irritated with all my questions, she probably gets asked a lot of questions but she should keep in mind that sometimes there are new customers that are unfamiliar with Uhaul and will ask questions to make sure they abide by the guidelines. Really terrible experience with the manager. Benjamin was professional and personable, he was expedient in getting the car ready and was able to answer all my question without making me feel unconfortable for asking. I would give it a 5 star if I could rate it based on Benjamine's performance and 1 star based on the female manager with straight black hair, look like she was short, middle age. I should have asked for her name but her attitude did not allow me to ask for her name.

The agent was busy but not very friendly when I waited for help. I drove all the way home and realized there was a lock on the back gate, so I had to drive back to the location to have them remove it at which point they said it was my fault for not seeing it, which seemed ridiculous. I asked that they not charge the mileage since I had to drive back and spend more time doing so, to which they said they would make a note. I still got fully charged and would like to be reimbursed for mileage.

This was the first time I have rented a U-Haul truck that didn't smell like alfalfa or old rats. This time is was very clean and didn't notice a smell. The dome light in cargo compartment was missing bulb and cover which really messed up my night move. Also in the early morning when I was on a super tight time scedule the pad lock wouldn't unlock and took a while to get into the cargo compartment. The full coverage insurance is extreme
