B&G Gulf personnel are nasty and curt. They have always been nasty. I feel insulted that I gave them my money.

Although plenty of parking, no parking of your personal vehicle is allowed, not even in the spot you just rented van/truck from.

I had such a bad experience here. I can't even begin to tell you. I reported this already to Uhaul corporate this morning and an Area Sales Manager will be calling me back. Reference id: 2872034 They were rude and knocked on my door while in my car at 8:45am and asked what I was doing on property. Then when I came inside they were sour pus faces and weren't even happy for my business during a pandemic. The man (husband) said I was late, technically yes, by 15 minutes, but he had a whole parking lot full of Uhaul's just sitting there. Then he was pointing his fingers in my face and telling me to go to another rental location (trust me, i would have loved to), but I was on a tight schedule w my movers. Then he threatened to call the cops on me. So I left l, took the Uhaul (the wife), acted like it was too much trouble to drive the uhaul out of a very tight parking spot. I came back later at 6pm and dropped it off the same way I got it. Clean, with a full tank of gas. The other man is sexist and rude and asked me how I wanted to take care of the gas. I said, Â«Â take care of the gasÂ Â» it's already on full. He then went behind my back, without my authorization and charged my CC a $36 cleaning fee for the gas that wasn't topped off. This place needs a mystery shopper. It is awful. My husband is a long haul driver and we rent with Penske, Budget and Uhaul in the past, and I think bc this place is a Â«Â leaseÂ Â» they act like garbage to their customers. I am literally on the verge of a breakdown bc I had a very stressful day moving. Please do something about this place. They also ask for a receipt for gas when returning and lure you into getting gas at their gas station. After all they are only a gas station. Thank you! P.S. Truck was clean but it stalled once and wouldn't start once. Woman at B&G Gulf was extremely helpful

There was no parking for cars, when I signing in online it should state thisâ€” unfortunately I drove myself because at a previous location I was able to park my vehicle. Since I was not dropped off I could not finish the transaction until I made arrangements for drop off. Also counter service person told me to return car at 4:30PM when I'm fact the paperwork said 3:30PM Since was charged an extra day. (Yes I know this was my bad for not reviewing contract) (which I actually did, but more to look at starting mileage).
Visor needed to be fixed and key ignition needs to be fixed (had to jiggle it to turn on). Facility was convenient and sales person- Katy was excellent.
This was an unpleasant experience from the start. No on-site parking allowed. Rented a truck for 4 hours and returned in 2.5 hrs. Failed to disclose that there would be a after hours charge since they closed earlier than my rental time. I realize buyer beware but you will get better service at another location.
Our vehicle was fairly new and was easy to drive. The paperwork processing when we picked up the vehicle could be a little faster.
I was scheduled for 7:30pm pickup and then i was told to pick up @ 4:30pm. driven 9 miles and uhual employees working in gas station put in $7 gas to fill up the truck. its like 3gallons of gas for 9 miles. even though the nozzle clicked he pushed in extra gas.

Very rude personal (may be because I am Brown). Will never use this location again.
Only downside is no parking on site.

Employees were relatively friendly and offered to be helpful but were not wearing masks or gloves. When I said I didn't want to go in the office and prefer using the so-called "non-contact app," the response I received from the morning worker was, "But we are clean here." Yikes. Upon return in the early evening I had to strongly suggest the employee put on a mask. It's OK if they are not concerned about their own health, but total disregard for customer's health is unacceptable. Unlikely to return to this site.
