Agent was unfriendly and rude ,rental was till 4:00pm She called at 3:00 and again at 3:30 and yet again at 3:45 said she had someone waiting for an hour . That person came early not my problem or they booked it wrong. Tried to change to different location for pick up 1/2 mile away from my location but sent me there 5 miles away, you got an extra 10 bucks out of me. Thanks

When I arrived for pickup, a customer was already there and taking forever, changing her mind, asking questions. Kudos to the attendant, who very politely asked her to wait while my 5-min paperwork was handled. Not his problem, but I appreciated his diplomatic path to efficiency.

They met me as I backed in. Checked the truck out, and all paperwork finished in a couple minutes. They were very friendly, and very efficient.

I got charge up font $286 and after returning the truck anther $431. All together $717. I rented tuck on Saturday and returned it on Saturday and today Wednesday i had to call them to dispute it the 286 charge. Fell like if i didn't call would never get my money back. Why didn't you charge me the difference instead charging full 431??? Not to mention the price is a rip off, considering it was one day rental. As per conversation with costumer service,in the future I will be using someone else's services.

I was overcharged, there is something wrong with there odometer, there is no way I used the mileage they said I used. Please beware.

The man outside who helped me was fantastic, however his boss made me feel like I was trying to get over on someone. I used exactly 8 miles with the truck, returned it within 3 1/2 hours, stopped and put in 3 dollars of gas and because I didn't have a gas receipt made me pull it up and put $1.10 worth of gas in the truck. I was not told to bring a receipt and I am sure I did not use 4 10 worth of gas. That is lousy customer service. But once again, the guy outside with the beard was great!

Just moved to the Area , After years of using your service ,This was my worst U-haul experience ever. First they do not let you park on their property(they recommend parking in the Dunkin Donut parking lot next door) I was given a truck that was dirty full of landscape leaves and dirt in the front cab. I left the dirt for them to see when i brought it back and was told that I would be charged unless I had pictures. One of the kinder employees got a broom and cleaned it up. and told me "not to worry about it " The general attitude here is Us against You , I've seen this in retail often enough to know when I'm being treated that way. I still did not get the email receipt that they said I would get. I'm sure they believe they don't need my business ,I wont be giving it to them.

Super great staff here. Easy to find and navigate. Also great to be able to gas up where we dropped it off. The person gassing up my car (to drive back in) cleaned my windshield and my mirrors. Totally different experience than dropoff.

When you send me 15 miles away from my location, 30 round trip, you charged me extra mimes. Thatâ€™s not fair. You had me set for a truck less than a mile from my home as a pickup location. The day prior to pickup you then send me elsewhere. Those miles would be credited to my account. Donâ€™t know if I would recommend based on that unfair fee schedules.

Every email except the final one for my survey was addressed to me, by name. Uhaul's final email was addressed to "Valued customer" and I feel like, if I'm so valuable, why did corporate suddenly forget my name? This is a corporate issue, the B&G gulf gave me exceptional service.

The truck was so beat up, the shocks were non-existent. The temperature (and possibly the oil) sensors were broken as well. The temp gauge never moved from middle, even after the truck was parked for over an hour. As such, it overheated halfway to our destination. When I checked the oil dip stick, it was bone dry. The interior was uncomfortable and very old.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD APROBLEM WITH THE RETURN COUNTER PERSON I MOVED BRAND NEW FURNITURE AND E WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO SWEEP OUT TRUCK THREATREND ME WITH EXTRA CHARGES FOR DIRTY RETURN I THINK THIS IS HOW HE TRIES TO OVER BILL CUSTOMERS VERY RUDY SAID THINGS LIKE MAY BE I SHOULD NOT RENT HERE I FOUND HIM TO BE A BIT RACIST WITH THE TONE OF HOW THE CONVERSATION WENT, NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD NOT BE RENTING FROM HERE AGAIN.
